Ignacio de Marichalar 

More than 20 years in media, Ignacio is Founder and Manager of CIP (Production Center) where he create, produce and broadcast Press, Radio and Tv formats

Cofounder and manager of APTC Group, Communication, Production and Broadcasting Agency

Founder and CEO of the TV Station VTV and it’s multimedia Network VTV Networks broadcasted for 45 countries

Navid McIlhargey ​

Navid has devoted his entire career to the film industry. Worked for Revolution Studios, Silver Pictures and New Regency Pictures being an Executive and Producer. In New Regency Pictures he created one of the first movies shot in 3D. He was also President of Film Engine Entertainment where he oversaw development slate of over 25 movies and 30+ TV shows in all forms of media, while managing a staff of 20 employees. After quickly shifting financial structures from studio driven films to independent finance, successfully created the basis for a $25M film & TV fund via a tour across Taiwan and China. Moreover, Navid founded and managed as CEO Vandal Entertainment, where he pre-produced Guns of Christmas Past with Steven Miller directing. He was also the Lead Producer of The Hunter’s Prayer starring Sam Worthington, directed by Jonathan Mostow.  Furthermore, he incorporated 3 European countries tax incentives to attain budget of $25m U.S. Shot on location in 2 countries and 5 cities. Additionally, Navid Oversaw the development slate/partnership with FilmHouse Germany with a 7 figure development fund and a staff in 2 countries. More recently as President in films and tv at Storied Media Group he oversaw client relationships with head of Washington Post , WSJ, NPR and 15 other publications and developed a slate of material totaling over 100 film, tv and streaming projects with A-List talent and in all genres.

Estanislao de Aranzadi

Estanislao is actively involved both in investing as a Business Angel and in financial advisory.

He is engaged in Impact Investing through Creas Desarrolla, which is the first private equity fund in Spain with a primary focus on investing in sustainable entrepreneurial ventures with a social and environmental impact.

Moreover, as a Business Angel and Financial Advisor, Estanislao has got interests and involvement in FinTech, Clean Technology, Reduce Reuse Recycle Technology, Collaborative Economy, and Consulting. Additionally, Estanislao is active as Member of the Jury in Start Ups competitions in FinTech and Impact Investing.

Previously, Estanislao worked almost 18 years at Banco Santander Group. He has been involved and in charge of Mergers & Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings, Takeovers, Fixed Income Origination and Asset Restructurings in different sectors, specifically Banking, Media, Electrical Utilities, Retail and Food & Beverages, and in several countries in Latin America: Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, Bolivia, and in Europe: Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, UK, among others.

Amongst his different assignments, he worked as Managing Director, Global Head of Retail and Consumer Products for Santander Global Banking & Markets. Moreover, he was Head of Financial Institutions Group and Financial Sponsors in Europe. Additionally, he worked as Head of Investment Banking in Argentina and Member of the Executive Committee at Banco Santander Rio. Furthermore, Estanislao has also been responsible for the issuance of Regulatory Capital for Banco Santander prior to 1999, specifically Subordinated Bonds, Preference Shares, Convertible Bonds and a Rights Issue (2000), in the USA, Euro and Spanish markets.

Estanislao holds an MSc degree (Licenciatura) in Economics & Business Administration from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an MBA from INSEAD, Fontainebleau (France).

Sarah Halioua 

She has a degree in Law and Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). Bilingual in French and Spanish, she also speaks English, Hebrew and Italian.

Her professional career began by practicing law, specializing in Urbanist Law and developing differentCompensation Boards for several years.

Later, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to represent several foreign Real Estate investor groups in Spain. That is how she began to take her first steps in the business adventure, which eventually led her to create her own business in Real Estate Development, leading several foreign investments in Spanish Real Estate.

Afterwards, she entered the audiovisual sector, developing the facet of legal advice in thecinematographic field. She created her own production company, successfully specializing in numerous international co-productions. From there, her skills were expanded by attracting capital from investors of foreign Groups for the development and production of films and television series of an international nature. This gave her the opportunity to collaborate and co-produce with first-classproducers throughout Europe. 

Her experience in the audiovisual world has also led her to get into the area of new technologies. Shefocuses on their regulation and protection as well as on their development, to be in line with what isrequired by the changing and dynamic entertaintment market in general, and the audiovisual marketin particular.

Liborio Porteros Mañueco

Liborio has 20 years of professional experience in finance and private equity firms. He has had direct experience setting up, fundraising and managing different interests with various different sectors

Liborio is currently CEO of Aten Oil Group a funded company to create a multi branded petrol station operator with more than 200 stations network. Before that, he was CEO of Eurolotam Capital Partners and also CEO of Pontia Capital where he led successful investments and operations in several international companies, being Member of the Board of all holding and subsidiary companies. Before those positions Liborio worked many years as Manager in Accenture as part of their Financial Services Practice and was Head of the Asset Management & Private Equity Practice in Spain  

Liborio holds a Degree on Economics and Business Studies, mastered in FINANCE, at ICADE (Universidad Pontificia de Comillas)  and a Business Management Degree EBMS from Swansea University (UK).
